About the Program:
v-Trainee is a designated program for high-achieving young talents, held by one of the fastest-growing smartphone companies in Indonesia, vivo Mobile Indonesia. This #FreshGraduate Program aims to create more opportunities for new graduates from different fields to prepare themselves to be our #FutureLeaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00.
- Fresh graduate or a maximum of 1-year working experience.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal (Chinese language is a plus).
- Communicative, creative, and collaborative.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in high-technology industries.
- Leadership experience in organization, internship, scholarship, achievements/awards, or international exposure is a plus.
- Ready for challenges and willing to be assigned across Indonesia.
Department Overview:
E-Commerce Department:
- Drive B2C & B2B sales through online channels.
- Manage Official & Authorized Stores in e-Commerce platforms.
- Plan campaigns, generate sales, manage UI/UX design.
- Enhance customer journey, resolve after-sales issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends.
- Oversee live streaming activities for product promotion.
- Manage relationships with e-commerce distribution clients.
Brand Department:
- Monitor consumer trends and create strategic business plans.
- Develop and implement innovative brand campaigns.
- Oversee brand strategy execution.
- Manage social media, KOL content, and campaign timelines.
- Support community activities and KOC operations.
Product & GTM Department:
- Conduct customer research and analyze competitor trends.
- Define target audiences for each product.
- Develop product specifications and unique selling points.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product launch and post-launch analysis.
- Align product strategies with company goals.
Sales Management Department:
- Manage product stock, demo-live, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with distributors and analyze sales data.
- Develop retail strategies for vivo IoT and accessories.
- Optimize in-store display and sales training.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing, sales, and supply chain operations.
