PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk, a company with roots in the Widjaja family Rubber Plantation Management and Trading, traces its origins to the establishment of N.V. Handel Bouwen Cultuur Maatschappij Soen Lie. The transformation into PT Tigaraksa was approved in 1960 by the Minister of the Indonesian Republic of Justice.
In 1986, the second generation assumed control and established a holding company, subsequently separating the Sales and Distribution business into PT Tigaraksa Satria in 1988. The company went public on April 21, 1990, listing its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchanges, now part of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and employing approximately 1700 dedicated individuals across 33 branches throughout Indonesia
The company expanded its operations by venturing into manufacturing services, inaugurating a facility in Sleman, Jogjakarta. With a commitment to excellence, PT Tigaraksa Satria launched a new corporate identity, emphasizing expertise and focus in services. Management Trainee (MT)

Requirements
- Single, maximum 25 years old in 2024.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand, gather, analyze information, and report results.
- Possesses a strong personality, high motivation, good interpersonal skills, creativity, eagerness to learn, and innovation.
