Bosch Car Service Indonesia adalah jaringan bengkel resmi yang berafiliasi dengan Bosch Mobility Aftermarket dan menawarkan layanan perawatan, perbaikan, serta diagnostik kendaraan secara menyeluruh untuk mobil konvensional maupun mobil listrik. Jaringan ini menggunakan suku cadang asli Bosch dan dilengkapi dengan teknologi serta software diagnostik modern seperti ESI[tronic] dan perangkat ECU Bosch, sehingga mampu memberikan layanan yang akurat, transparan, dan efisien. Bosch Car Service pertama di Indonesia resmi dibuka pada Februari 2025 di Sunter, Jakarta Utara melalui kerja sama dengan PT XMotors International Group sebagai Master License Partner Bosch.
Dalam pengembangannya, Bosch Car Service Indonesia menargetkan pembukaan 20 outlet pada tahun 2025 dan ekspansi hingga 120 outlet dalam lima tahun mendatang. Selain layanan perawatan dan perbaikan kendaraan, Bosch Car Service juga menawarkan perbaikan baterai tegangan tinggi untuk mobil listrik dan telah ditunjuk oleh CATL sebagai High Voltage Battery Repair Centre di luar China. Jaringan ini juga menyediakan pelatihan teknisi otomotif profesional melalui Bosch Automotive Training Center serta memberikan dukungan bisnis bagi bengkel mitra, termasuk konsultasi operasional, program loyalitas, dan materi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing di industri otomotif Indonesia.
EV Battery Maintenance Trainee
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the inspection and repair of electric vehicle power battery packs, motors, electric control units, and other electrical components.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Participate in training and actively expand your technical knowledge.
We Are Looking For:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in reading and writing in English (able to understand technical manuals and operation guides); basic oral communication skills in technical discussions.
- Strong curiosity and motivation to master the full workflow of EV battery services: “Inspection – Fault Diagnosis – Repair – Maintenance”.
- Able to work under pressure, with strong communication skills and a good team spirit.
- Willingness to complete the CATL Maintenance Certification Program (fully sponsored for selected candidates).
- Familiar with basic office software (e.g., Excel), capable of independently recording and organizing data.
- Possession of a Low Voltage Electrician License is a plus.
