Accounting Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis.
- Mandatory experience working at a public accounting firm and a multinational company (MNC).
- Perform month-end closing process, ensuring all entries and reconciliations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed listings for all balance sheet accounts, and perform thorough reconciliations between the listings and the general ledger to guarantee data integrity.
- Assist in preparing and reconciling the production report with the Cost of Goods Sold calculation, providing critical insights into operational efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular inventory stock takes, ensuring the physical inventory count aligns perfectly with the accounting records.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Finance Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in payment processing, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end payment processing cycle, implementing a strict 3-way matching protocol to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise the meticulous preparation and timely submission of all mandatory deliverables and reporting in connection with loan and facility agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions to optimize financial services and support.
- Experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of financial principles and regulations.

Tax Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in tax, with a focus on compliance and reporting.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations for all financial transactions, including withholding tax and VAT.
- Supervise the meticulous preparation, timely payment, and accurate submission of all monthly and annual tax returns.
- Manage and perform the corporate income tax calculation, ensuring adherence to the latest tax laws and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive tax planning and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for tax optimization and mitigate compliance risks.
- USKP (Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak) certification is preferred.
- Working experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and national tax laws and regulations.
