Tanoto Foundation adalah organisasi filantropi independen yang didirikan oleh Sukanto Tanoto dan Tinah Bingei Tanoto dengan keyakinan bahwa setiap individu berhak memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mengembangkan potensi dirinya secara penuh. Sejak awal berdirinya pada tahun 1981, Tanoto Foundation telah menunjukkan komitmen dalam bidang pendidikan melalui pembangunan Taman Kanak-kanak dan Sekolah Dasar di Besitang, Sumatera Utara. Inisiatif ini menjadi fondasi awal dalam mewujudkan visi besar yayasan, yaitu menciptakan akses pendidikan yang lebih merata bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Dalam perjalanannya, Tanoto Foundation terus mengembangkan berbagai program yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Yayasan ini percaya bahwa pendidikan yang baik merupakan kunci untuk menciptakan kesetaraan peluang dan memperbaiki taraf hidup masyarakat. Melalui pemanfaatan kekuatan transformatif pendidikan, Tanoto Foundation berupaya membantu individu maupun komunitas untuk mencapai potensi terbaiknya, sekaligus memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi pembangunan bangsa.

Management Trainee

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Identify learning and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
  • Design and expand learning and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.
  • Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets.
  • Plan and assess the ‘return on investment’ of any learning or development programme.
  • Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Produce learning materials for in-house courses.
  • Create and/or deliver a range of e-learning packages.
  • Manage the delivery of learning and development programmes.
  • Ensure that statutory learning requirements are met.
  • Evaluate learning and development programmes.
  • Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Help line managers and trainers solve specific learning problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
  • Keep up to date with developments in learning by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
