Reclamation Superintendent
Placement : Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Requirements:
- Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s (S1), or Master’s Degree (S2) in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Forestry/Agriculture, or Mining.
- 7–10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a minimum of 5 years in environmental roles and/or at least 1 year in a similar position.
- Holds POP (Primary Operational Supervisor) and POM (Intermediate Operational Supervisor) certifications.
- Familiar with KKL (PROPER) environmental performance assessment.
- Knowledgeable about mining reclamation and forest rehabilitation regulations.
- Proficient in technical aspects and standards of land arrangement and mine site revegetation, including hydroseeding.
- Ability to prepare RKAB (Work Plan and Budget), RR (Reclamation Plan), RPT (Post-Mining Plan), and AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment).
- Capable of conducting environmental risk assessments, investigations, and audits to ensure environmental compliance.
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing both internal and external reports.
Key Roles:
- Develop reclamation programs and prepare budgets to ensure optimal reclamation outcomes.
- Formulate reclamation implementation strategies to ensure targets outlined in the Reclamation Plan (RR) are achieved.
- Manage the entire implementation of post-mining land restoration activities, including land regrading, to enable successful revegetation.
- Manage the nursery operations, from seed collection to seedling readiness, to ensure the availability of seedlings for revegetation needs.
- Enhance biodiversity and genetic resource (germplasm) programs to support environmental initiatives.
- Evaluate treatment methods and the use of materials to ensure effective and efficient implementation of revegetation.
- Develop and/or implement innovative technologies for reclamation and revegetation activities.
- Develop SOPs, HIRA, and HIRADC for reclamation and revegetation activities.
Limonite Ore Haulage Superintendent
Placement : Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role (e.g., General Foreman) in haulage or production.
- Must hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification, Hold POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) is an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of fleet management, cycle time optimization, haul road design and maintenance principles, and operational cost control (cost per ton). Experienced in handling materials with characteristics similar to limonite.
- Experienced in using Fleet Management Systems (FMS) such as Dispatch, Jigsaw, or similar.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, budget management, decision-making under pressure, and excellent interdepartmental communication and coordination skills.
Key Roles:
- Lead the haulage team, ensuring full compliance with HSE standards.
- Manage daily haulage operations to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
- Develop fleet optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the entire haul road network.
- Prepare and manage the haulage department’s budget.
- Develop and mentor the supervisory (Foreman) team and staff.

Production & Cost Supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Thorough understanding of mining contractor management and contract evaluation processes.
Key Roles:
- Create and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly production and actual cost reports for all mining contractors.
- Validate daily production data submitted by contractors to ensure accuracy for reporting and billing.
- Conduct weekly contractor performance reviews against the contract’s scope of work and agreed plans.
- Prepare official production minutes (“Berita Acara”) to serve as the basis for contractor invoicing.
- Ensure all mining processes align with agreed plans by continuously evaluating contractor performance from both a technical and cost perspective.
Earthwork Supervisor
Placement : Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SLTA); Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in earthwork or civil construction projects.
- Holds a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification.
- Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
- Able to identify and evaluate heavy equipment readiness and site needs.
- Familiar with field inspection, contractor coordination, and earthwork planning.
Key Roles:
- Monitor and evaluate earthwork project areas to ensure work aligns with the project plan.
- Ensure heavy equipment and material availability meet operational needs.
- Coordinate with contractors for equipment needs and deployment on site.
- Collaborate with internal departments for design input and site permitting.

Mine Plan Senior Engineer

- Must hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
- Proficient in mine design & mapping software (e.g., Vulcan, ArcGIS) and scheduling software (e.g., SPRY, Alastri).
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Key Roles:
- Develop and verify medium-term mine plans, including designs for pits, disposals, and stockpiles.
- Create and verify annual and quarterly production plans based on the long-term mining strategy.
- Develop comprehensive drainage plans and create the annual master plan map for mining operations.
- Provide required data for quarterly and annual production reports as well as quarterly RKAB reports.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and mining contractors to ensure alignment of yearly and quarterly work plans.

Special Project Engineer

Mine Development Foreman

Requirements:
