Secretary
Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of experience in related roles
- HSK Level 5 or above
- Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- POP Certification (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) or other mining safety-related training (preferred but not mandatory)
- Interpreter certification (optional but a plus)
Key Roles:
- Provide multidimensional administrative support, cross-cultural communication and coordination, overall task management services for the project team
- Coordinate local resources required by the project, such as liaising with local service providers and assisting in resolving team living and work-related issues
- Handle administrative inquiries from the project team and respond to urgent logistical needs
- Serve as the communication bridge for the project team, providing daily translation (oral/written) to ensure accurate information transfer
- Assist the project manager and project administration in managing expenses and reviewing local reimbursements
- Assist the project manager in handling unexpected administrative matters, such as coordinating emergencies and initial liaison in local disputes
- Complete other tasks such as bilingual translation, local market research, and cross-departmental coordination
- Responsible for multilingual meeting notifications, agenda preparation, and minutes writing
Document Controller
Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in document control, project administration, or related roles
- Familiarity with document management systems (DMS/EDMS) and standard document control procedures
- Knowledge of construction project documentation, drawings, contracts, and quality certification processes
- Understanding of ISO 9001, document version control, and compliance standards
- Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Key Roles:
- Implement relevant national and industry policies, laws, regulations, and safeguard the company’s interests
- Assist in developing and improving project management procedures and preparing relevant technical standards for project documentation
- Responsible for collecting, organizing, and reviewing documents, ensuring timely filing, and accuracy
- Collect business licenses, qualification certificates, user manuals, and quality documents, ensuring validity and consistency
- Manage distribution of construction drawings, budgets, contracts, negotiation documents, and project records
- Ensure project documents comply with national, industry, and company requirements
