Lowongan PT Kapuas Bara Utama (KBU)

PT Kapuas Bara Utama (KBU) adalah perusahaan yang memegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP OP) untuk batu bara, dengan wilayah konsesi seluas 5.000 hektare di Kabupaten Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah. Izin tersebut berlaku sejak 31 Desember 2009 hingga 16 Juni 2027. Kantor pusat KBU berlokasi di Wisma Argo Manunggal Lt. 6, Jl. Jend Gatot Subroto Kav. 22, Kelurahan Karet Semanggi, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta.

Pada Januari 2025, KBU memberikan kontrak senilai USD 330 juta kepada Thiess Pty Ltd, sebuah perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan asal Australia, untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pertambangan di wilayah konsesi mereka. Kontrak berdurasi enam tahun ini mencakup persiapan fasilitas proyek, layanan teknis, pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup, penambangan batu bara, dan pengelolaan air. Mobilisasi proyek dijadwalkan dimulai pada awal 2025, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan komunitas lokal melalui program-program seperti pengadaan barang dan jasa dari pengusaha lokal serta peningkatan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan umum di sekitar area proyek.

Finance Department Head (Mining Industry)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Requirements:

• Must possess an advocate license/certification.
• Skilled in Legal Drafting, Legal Review, Research & Legal Opinion, Regulatory & Compliance, Commercial Transactions, and General Corporate matters.
• Able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government institutions and legal authorities.

Marketing Supervisor (Mining Industry)

Placement: Head Office – South Jakarta

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in marketing/sales within the Mining Industry.
• Knowledge of coal trading fundamentals, shipping, and export documentation.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Community Development & External Relations Section Head (Mining Industry)

Placement: Site – Central Kalimantan

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Communication, Law, Mining, or equivalent.
• Min. 7 years of experience in Community Development/External Relations, preferably in the Coal Mining Industry.
• Implement CSR/Community Development Programs (Education, Health, Infrastructure, Economy, Environment).

Human Asset & General Service Section Head (Mining Industry)

Placement: Site – Central Kalimantan

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Organize, supervise, and coordinate all activities in the Human Assets, Personnel, and General Services departments at the site.
• Proven experience in managing General Services such as catering, camp/accommodation, transportation, security, and site facilities.
• Handle employee relations.
• Manage inventory, cataloging, and warehouse operations in line with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the Mining Industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, treasury, and budgeting.

Requirements:

Banking, Treasury, Budgeting & Controlling Section Head (Mining Industry)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred).
• Min. 7 years of working experience in finance, with at least the last 3 years in a Supervisor/Section Head position.
• Experience in the mining industry is preferred.
• Expertise in treasury management, cash flow forecasting, banking operation, corporate budgeting & financial controlling.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and relevant regulations in the mining industry.
