Louis Vuitton is seeking an inspiring Store Manager for our Jakarta store. In this role, you lead by example — driving exceptional client experiences, building strong client relationships, and maximizing every business opportunity on the sales floor. You motivate and develop your team to embody the Louis Vuitton Promise, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
As a strategic leader, you provide insights on client needs and market trends, shaping initiatives that enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team engagement. You will recruit, develop, and empower your team to deliver world-class service while achieving business objectives and strengthening Louis Vuitton’s presence in Indonesia.

- Drive the Business: You know your market and your clients. You build meaningful relationships, cultivate loyalty, and bring the Louis Vuitton story to life every day. You maximize business opportunities across all product categories, leveraging your understanding of visual presentation, clienteling, and local market trends.

Profile:
- Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of the luxury market, ideally gained within a multinational organization.
- Experienced, with over 10 years of professional experience in luxury retail, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A proven people leader, able to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a high-profile luxury environment.
- World-class in customer service, always striving to exceed client expectations.
- Fluent in English (a plus), with strong communication skills to engage both clients and teams.
