Account Payable Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation of AP, maintain the KPIs and drive process improvement.
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, payment runs, vendor queries and onboarding.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and GL related to AP.
- Ensure compliance with tax, policies, and internal controls.
- Support month-end close and AP reporting, including documentation and audit support.
- Coordinate with Treasury on payment scheduling.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of AP experience, with supervisory role as a plus point.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, local tax (PPN & PPH) practices, and vendor payment methods.
- Proficient with accounting systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
Procurement Project Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements.
- Identify and introduce innovative sourcing solutions to optimize spending and enhance quality.
- Lead vendor negotiations in line with guidance.
- Provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or any related field.
- Proven experience and strong understanding in sourcing or procurement (preferably in a project-based or manufacturing environment).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
Procurement Project Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Support purchasing activities, maintain vendor relationships, and assist with procurement documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements.
- Explore and introduce innovative sourcing options and alternatives.
- Ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with the broader goals of the project and organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any background.
- Having experience in procurement is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proactive with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical assessment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and layouts.
- Responsible for machine installation and commissioning.
- Evaluate suppliers and manage technical aspects of purchase.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawings, and manufacturing standards.
- Proficient with engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Sales Staff – Cikarang
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive sales offers and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Introduce and promote company products to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and submit customer visit reports to management.
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering.
- Having experience in sales function is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proactive with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to work onsite in Cikarang and mobile as needed.
Sales Staff – Surabaya
Key Responsibilities:

Grader Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate scrap quality during unloading according to company standards and SOPs.
- Detect and estimate levels of impurities, contaminants, and prohibited materials.
- Record grading results, photos, and notes accurately.
- Identify and report any suspected fraud (e.g. hidden impurities, mixed materials).
- Operate and maintain inspection equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of different types of scrap metal, visual characteristics, impurities, and prohibited items.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
