Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous agreements. Continuously assess market conditions and trends to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Address and resolve supplier-related issues effectively.
  • Cost Control: Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or supplier relationships. Seek out opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards. Oversee quality control processes within the procurement cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a clear understanding of the current market and have certain resources, high priority for local sourcing of PCB SMT and copper wire related resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English is MANDATORY.

Supplier Quality Engineer

  • Audit the quality management systems of suppliers in Indonesia and other regions to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as internal company quality requirements.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of suppliers regularly, evaluate their quality assurance capabilities, propose improvement suggestions, and track implementation.
  • For incoming material quality issues, communicate with suppliers in a timely manner, organize 8D report analysis, and drive suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • For major quality issues, visit the supplier site to assist in resolution, ensuring the stability of raw material quality.
  • Participate in the new supplier development process, establish supplier evaluation criteria, and conduct comprehensive assessments of potential suppliers in terms of quality, technology, and delivery capabilities.
  • Assist signing quality agreements, clarifying quality responsibilities and acceptance standards.
  • Establish a supplier quality performance evaluation system, regularly count indicators such as incoming material pass rate and on-time delivery rate, and implement hierarchical management of suppliers.
  • Collaborate with underperforming suppliers to develop improvement plans and enhance the overall supply quality level.
  • Proficient in supplier quality management processes and tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, etc.
  • Familiar with ISO and other quality management system standards, with internal auditor qualification preferred.
  • Have strong data analysis skills and be able to use statistical tools to analyze quality data.
  • Understand production processes and accurately identify the root causes of incoming material quality issues.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoring in electrical engineering, communication engineering, reliability engineering, etc.
  • Can speak fluent English or Mandarin is preferably.

Quality Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality work related to the introduction of new products.
  • Responsible for product quality engineering related work.
  • Formulate product SIP, Control Plan, etc. to ensure that product quality control meets customer requirements.
  • Train and supervise the execution of IPQC & OQC daily inspection work.
  • Analyze abnormal processing and follow up on improvement results.
  • Quality work related to communication with customers.
  • Provide various quality reports required by customers.

Knowledge Structure:

  • Familiar with ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001 / QC080000 quality management system standards.
  • Familiar with QC seven methods quality tools, APQP / SPC / FMEA / PPAP / MSA.
  • Proficient in 8D, 5C report, FACA, CALA, etc.
  • Familiar with optical communication products / AOC product related processes.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.
  • Having Certificate Mandarin minimum HSK 4.

Work Ability:

  • Proficient in the knowledge of company products and production processes.
  • Review FACA reports based on abnormal cases, customer complaints, and OQC LRR data.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, biotechnology, and other departments to improve product quality.
  • Predict major anomalies and warn relevant departments in advance.
  • Find root causes of anomalies and propose effective countermeasures.
  • Prepare for various situations that may occur during projects.
  • Skillfully use PDCA, 5WHY, and 4MIE analysis methods.

Mandarin Translator

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same role.
  • Experienced in Manufacturing Industry is preferable.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in translation and interpretation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in using translation software and tools is a plus.
  • Having experience as Secretary Director will be an advantage.

ERP Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Chinese Literature or related major.

  • MUST ABLE MANDARIN MAX. HSK 4–6 IS MANDATORY (can fluent Mandarin as speak, write, read).

Job Description:

  • Can use ERP system operator.

  • Understand simple circuit maintenance and repair (Y–Δ step-down starting principle, equipment start-stop control).
