Superintendent Community Relation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communication, Sociology, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility (CSR), preferably in the mining or energy sector.
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring community development and social programs.
- Strong understanding of community engagement frameworks, participatory development approaches, and social impact assessment.
- Knowledge of government regulations, social license to operate (SLO), and corporate social responsibility standards.
- Skilled in facilitating community consultations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder mapping.
- Familiar with budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to community projects.
- Strong commitment to corporate ethics, sustainability, and community partnership principles.
- Experience in managing relationships with local governments, NGOs, and indigenous or local communities is highly desirable.
Supervisor Mine Survey
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Geodetic, Geomatics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Has POP & Surveyor Certificate.
- Proficiency in survey software (AutoCAD, Surpac, or similar).
- Proficiency in mapping equipment (Drone, Waterpass, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, RTK, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey data collection.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to work at a remote area in Gorontalo Site with a roster system of 5 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Supervisor Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive & corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical & P&ID).
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software is a plus.
- Technical certifications (Mechanical, POP/POM, or other relevant certifications) are considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety standards and mechanical inspections.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.
Junior Geologist

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the mining industry, especially in greenfield or brownfield exploration.
- Skilled in geological mapping.
- Basic experience in alteration and mineralization.
- Basic competency in drilling activities, including core logging, sampling, geological section preparation, and drilling data QAQC.
- Experience operating ASD instruments and spectral data processing software (TSG, ENVI, ViewSpec Pro, etc).
- Capable of operating geological software (Micromine, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc).
- Able to evaluate and interpret mineralogical spectral analysis data.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Foreman Operation
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining operations or earthwork projects.
- Proven experience in field operations, heavy equipment activities, and manpower related to earthwork.
- Good knowledge of earthwork methods, material types, and equipment operation.
- Skilled in coordinating field logistics, equipment utilization, and subcontractor activities.
- POP Certification is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
