HR OD & Culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Organization Management and OD infrastructure to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor organizational culture initiatives to strengthen value internalization, align behaviors, and foster employee engagement across the organization.
- Conduct knowledge management and continuous evaluation of OD and organizational culture programs to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
- Manage internal communication and the development, update, and socialization of policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to OD and culture.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Culture Transformation / Internalization Program, Strategic Workforce Planning, and implementation agile organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using HR analytics to measure the impact of initiatives.
HR Services Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Mengelola data personalia karyawan.
- Menyusun dan memproses dokumen ketenagakerjaan (kontrak kerja, SK, surat keterangan, dll).
- Mengelola absensi, cuti, dan data kehadiran untuk keperluan kontrol dan pelaporan.
- Menangani layanan HR administratif kepada karyawan (Reimbursement, medical, surat keterangan, dll).
- Memastikan HRIS dan database HR selalu terupdate dan sinkron dengan dokumen fisik.
- Menyusun laporan HR rutin (headcount, turnover, absensi, masa kerja, dll).
Job Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan Manajemen, Psikologi, atau Administrasi Bisnis).
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1-3 tahun di bidang HR Administration / HR Generalist.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel dan Word) serta terbiasa dengan HRIS atau sistem database HR.

IT Network Junior Officer
Job Descriptions:

Operation Group Leader
Job Description:
- Assist supervisor in executing coal delivery from CY to stockpile and port.
- Monitor unit availability and support smooth loading, hauling, and unloading operations.
- Guide field operators to follow procedures and meet performance targets.
- Supervise on-site weighing activities to ensure accurate data recording.
- Handle minor incidents along hauling routes and coordinate coal spill cleanup.
- Verify coal origin and seam identification during pickup and delivery.
- Oversee coal segregation and FIFO implementation at the stockpile.
- Support documentation tasks (e.g., SKAB, permits) as directed by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
- Certified in POP / POM.
Personal Asisstant
Job Description:
- Manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business trips.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external parties.
- Assist in planning events or internal meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

- Evaluate financial feasibility of projects, CAPEX, and new business initiatives.

- Support cross-functional teams by providing financial analysis for business development, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools with strong analytical thinking; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
