PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (PAS) adalah salah satu produsen mie instan terbesar di Indonesia yang berdiri sejak tahun 2003. Foreman Production
Placement : Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production targets are achieved with consistent quality and quantity.
- Plan and manage manpower to keep operations running smoothly.
- Lead daily briefings, monitor performance, and foster team collaboration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production area.
- Optimize material usage and drive process efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage manufacturing; experience in machine operation is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Foreman QA Lab
Placement : Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products accurately and on time.
- Conduct organoleptic tests, titration, proximate analysis, and other relevant quality checks.
- Record, verify, and report analytical results clearly and precisely.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure reliability.
- Lead the laboratory team to maintain quality, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, QC Field, and R&D to resolve quality issues and support process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or Biology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of raw material testing methods and QC releasing procedures.
- Skilled in organoleptic testing, acid-base titration, argentometric titration, and proximate analysis.
- Familiar with pH meters, refractometers, and moisture analyzers.
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP, 5R, HACCP, and ISO standards in food manufacturing.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and product quality.
Foreman Engineering
Placement : Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal machine performance on the production floor.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine issues and maintain operational standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and initiate purchase requests when required.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
- Review and maintain reports, checklists, and ensure accountability to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage manufacturing; experience in machine operation is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System will be considered an advantage.

Foreman QC Field
Placement : Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure production processes are conducted in accordance with established quality standards.
- Supervise cleaning and sanitation activities to comply with GMP and HACCP standards.
- Verify that product formulas align with R&D standards before release.
- Conduct product releasing or rejection decisions based on QC evaluations.
- Plan and manage work schedules for the QC Field team.
- Implement and monitor K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) practices within the QC area.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement projects in the production process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Agribusiness, or Agrotechnology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; having experience in Quality Control is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sampling techniques, titration, organoleptic analysis, QC 7 Tools, and QC releasing methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team or manage QC-related projects.
- Good understanding of GMP, 5R, and HACCP implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Disciplined, organized, and proactive in maintaining product quality.
