Mine Engineering Section Head
Placement : Sumatera Selatan
Job Responsibilities:
- Menyediakan perencanaan tambang jangka menengah sebagai acuan operational dan jangka panjang sebagai arah kemajuan sequence penambangan selaras dengan perizinan tambang (FS, RKAB, RR, RPT, Dokumen Lingkungan).
- Melakukan review, analisis, dan membuat opsi teknikal berdasarkan data dan rencana penambangan.
- Mengawasi dan memastikan proses penambangan sesuai dengan rencana.
- Melakukan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan penambangan dan memberikan masukan.
- Menerapkan dan menjalankan kebijakan dan peraturan K3LH di semua aspek pekerjaan.
- Membuat rencana Anggaran Biaya Tahunan Department.
- Melakukan monitoring Section Geotech, Section Survey dan Section Blasting.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) di Teknik Pertambangan.
- Memahami pengajuan RKAB, memahami pengajuan rencana reklamasi dan rencana Pasca Tambang.
- Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam beberapa konsentrasi Engineering (Geotechnical, Drilling, Survey, dan Blasting).

Requirements:

- Preferably having max. 2 years of experience in relevant field.

Geologist
Placement : Kalimantan & Sulawesi
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and optimize reserve calculations and prepare reserve quantity reports.
- Develop and analyze the Life of Mine (LOM) plan.
- Prepare alternative scenarios for changes in the mine plan in line with mining progress.
- Conduct evaluations and operational coordination related to the implementation of long-term mine plans.
- Assess mine sustainability based on geological data and reserve quality.
- Prepare and implement Occupational Health, Safety (HSE), and environmental programs in the mining area in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular P5M (Five-Minute Meeting) and Safety Talk sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geology or related major, with minimum 3-5 years of working experiences.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard mining and geological software, including ArcGIS, Surpac, Datamine, Vulcan, Leapfrog, and Minex.
- Possession of a recognized POP (Operational Supervisor) certification or an equivalent internationally accepted qualification.

Mine Plan Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies related to mining operations.
- Analyze geological data and provide input for resource modeling and mine design.
- Monitor and evaluate actual production against plans and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and operations teams to ensure plan execution.
- Optimize equipment usage, haul roads, and pit layouts to enhance productivity and safety.
- Ensure mine planning adheres to government regulations and company standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and production forecasts.
- Participate in safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support cost estimation and budgeting for mining projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mining Engineering or related major, with up to 2 years of working experiences.
- Certified in Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) or higher (POM) is preferred.
- Familiar with mine planning software such as Minescape, Surpac, Vulcan, or Datamine.
- Strong understanding of mining methods, design principles, and operational logistics.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and mine planning software.
- Knowledge of relevant mining laws and environmental regulations.
