Superintendent Community Relation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communication, Sociology, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility (CSR), preferably in the mining or energy sector.
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring community development and social programs.
- Strong understanding of community engagement frameworks, participatory development approaches, and social impact assessment.
- Knowledge of government regulations, social license to operate (SLO), and corporate social responsibility standards.
- Skilled in facilitating community consultations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder mapping.
- Familiar with budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to community projects.
- Strong commitment to corporate ethics, sustainability, and community partnership principles.
- Experience in managing relationships with local governments, NGOs, and indigenous or local communities is highly desirable.
Supervisor Mine Planning Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning within the gold and copper mining industry.
- Competent in conducting pit optimization for gold and copper using relevant mining software.
- Competent and experienced in preparing Feasibility Studies (FS) and other compliance documentation.
- Experience as a production mine engineer (short-term and/or long-term planning).
- Proficient in mining software such as Surpac, Micromine, MineSched, CAD, Deswik, or equivalent.
- Holds a POP certificate.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Supervisor Document & Project Control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control and Project Control within mining or project-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and project scheduling tools.
- Understanding of project control processes (scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, reporting).
- PMP / PMI-SP / PMI-RMP certification is preferred.
- Certified POP is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and project control software.
Supervisor Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional certification (K3/AK3 Listrik) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience in mining or industrial facilities preferred.
- Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or equivalent.
- Understanding of PUIL, SNI, IEC, NEC standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to travel for field activities.
Supervisor Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical and P&ID drawings.
- Technical certifications (Mechanical / POP / POM) are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel for field coordination.
Foreman Operation
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining or earthwork projects.
- Experience in heavy equipment and earthwork activities.
- POP Certification is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Drafter
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Drafter.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel for field verification.
