Wiring Technician Internship
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in assembling and wiring control circuits and power circuits for Medium Voltage switchgear products. This position is ideal for students seeking hands‑on electrical assembly experience in a real manufacturing environment.
The work model for the role is: This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Tangerang, Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in routing, cutting, crimping, and terminating control wires according to wiring diagrams, support assembly of auxiliary components such as relays, meters, sensors, CTs/VTs, and protection devices.
- Interpret electrical drawings and panel layout diagrams under supervision and ensure wiring quality follows production standards and inspection checklists.
- Participate in panel point‑to‑point checks before testing and maintain tools, wiring equipment, and workbench cleanliness.
- Follow all safety, 5S, and production SOP requirements and collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve wiring issues during assembly.
Qualifications For The Role
- Diploma/Bachelor student in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of electrical symbols and wiring diagrams.
- Familiar with crimping tools, hand tools, and cable management (preferred but not required).
- High motivation to learn and good attention to detail.
- Able to work in a team environment.
Testing Technician Internship
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will will support the functional and safety testing of Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear products according to internal standards and IEC requirements. This role provides hands‑on experience with electrical testing equipment, quality validation, and production processes in an industrial environment.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in performing routine electrical tests on MV switchgear components, including Insulation resistance tests, High‑potential (HiPot) tests, Functional mechanical operation tests, Secondary circuit and control wiring checks
- Support test engineers in preparing test reports and documenting results.
- Ensure all testing activities follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions. and help identify non‑conformities and communicate findings to quality and production teams and participate in troubleshooting under supervision when test deviations occur.
- Maintain cleanliness, calibration status, and readiness of testing tools and instruments and support continuous improvement activities related to testing quality and efficiency.
Qualifications For The Role
- Diploma/Bachelor student in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and power systems.
- Willingness to learn MV switchgear technology and industry standards.
