PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP) atau Proyek Jawa-1 adalah perusahaan joint venture yang didirikan pada 5 Desember 2016 sebagai Special Purpose Company (SPC). JSP merupakan kolaborasi antara PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, Garuda Power Holdings B.V., dan Sojitz Global Investment B.V., dengan fokus pada pengoperasian pembangkit listrik berbasis gas alam menggunakan teknologi Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Proyek ini mengintegrasikan pembangkit listrik, fasilitas penyimpanan dan regasifikasi terapung (FSRU), transmisi listrik sepanjang 52 km, serta gardu induk untuk mendukung kebutuhan energi nasional. JSP melibatkan lebih dari 20 perusahaan global dari berbagai negara seperti Jepang, Korea, Amerika Serikat, dan Eropa, termasuk konsorsium EPC utama, lembaga pembiayaan internasional seperti JBIC, ADB, serta bank komersial terkemuka.
Sebagai proyek dengan kompleksitas tinggi, Proyek Jawa-1 mencakup pengelolaan teknis, finansial, dan hukum yang melibatkan sejumlah besar konsultan profesional. JSP bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi energi yang berkelanjutan dengan mengadopsi teknologi modern serta mematuhi standar operasional global. Junior Operator
We’re Looking for You
As a Junior Operator, you will support the Shift Leader and Operations team in ensuring smooth and safe plant operations. You will be responsible for executing operational activities, monitoring equipment, and maintaining plant performance in line with established procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Support safe and efficient operation of the Combined Cycle Power Plant systems and equipment
- Assist in start-up, shutdown, and regulation of plant systems in accordance with procedures
- Perform routine plant inspections, monitor equipment condition, and record operational data
- Identify abnormalities and report equipment issues through proper reporting systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID, and operational procedures
- Support shift handover by clearly communicating plant status and ongoing issues
- Assist in implementing Permit to Work (PTW) and maintaining safe work conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Participate in safety audits, safety meetings, and promote safe working practices
- Support plant performance targets in terms of availability, reliability, and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- Experience in industrial environments, preferably in power plant operations & maintenance
- Basic understanding of power plant systems and fundamental engineering principles
- Ability to read and understand P&ID, technical drawings, and operational data
- Knowledge of process equipment such as valves, pumps, and basic control systems
- Familiarity with safety procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and safety awareness
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team
