PT Shell Indonesia telah menghadirkan pabrik pelumas kelas dunia di Marunda, Bekasi, sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat di Indonesia. Pabrik tersebut, yang mulai beroperasi sejak 2015, memiliki kapasitas produksi mencapai 136 juta liter per tahun dan telah diperluas menjadi 9 hektar pada tahun 2020 untuk menggandakan kapasitas produksi menjadi 300 juta liter per tahun. Selain meningkatkan kapasitas produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar domestik yang terus tumbuh, perluasan ini juga merupakan kontribusi Shell dalam pengembangan industri hilir minyak dan gas di Indonesia. Selain produknya diproduksi dengan teknologi kelas dunia, produk pelumas otomotif Shell juga telah berhasil meraih sertifikasi Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dari Balai Sertifikasi Industri (BSI), menjadikan Shell sebagai perusahaan energi internasional pertama yang mendapatkan sertifikasi tersebut.
Selain kegiatan di sektor hilir, PT Shell Indonesia juga memiliki kegiatan di sektor hulu, termasuk sebagai mitra strategis Inpex dalam operasi Masela PSC yang meliputi lapangan gas Abadi. Dengan kantor pusatnya di Jakarta, PT Shell Indonesia memiliki lebih dari 300 karyawan dan telah membangun lebih dari 170 SPBU di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:
- You must be in your final year of study or have graduated from a recognised university with less than 3 years’ professional experience from one of the following programs: Engineering, Management/Business Administration/Commerce, Economics, Supply Chain.
- There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A level or GCSE equivalents, however, we do expect candidates to have an excellent academic record.
- Fluent in English communication including writing, speaking, and reading.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and leadership presence.
- You must be lawfully authorized to work in Indonesia and available to start in August 2026.
