Asset Management Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- Professional Regulation Commission License is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in power generation, petrochemical, or industrial gas production
- Knowledge in analyzing plant/facility financial performance requirements against operations, maintenance, and repair costs
- Experience in reliability engineering, statistical analyses of failure modes, and root cause failure analyses is preferred but not required
- Knowledge in EAM system, preferably Maximo
Job Summary
The Asset Management Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day team management and task allocation, including monitoring, facilitating, and ensuring AMS implementation at the site as per ISO 55001 requirements. The role involves leading, promoting, and maintaining accreditation to ISO 55001 standards at the station. The supervisor will analyze and monitor asset performance criteria, control asset costs, ensure discipline and compliance, identify potential improvements, analyze maintenance strategies, and ensure proper utilization of various asset information systems to determine the condition and long-term integrity of the station’s critical assets.
Contract Administrator
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related or Engineering course
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Power Generation or related industry
- Good background in supply chain procedures
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including contract types such as NEC Long Form Contract and Bespoke Contract
Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, negotiating, reviewing, and managing various commercial contracts required to support the effective execution of Offshore/Onshore projects undertaken by the Outage Team. This position involves preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Contracts of the Client required for outages and capital projects, including negotiating contract terms with relevant departments such as technical, procurement, legal, commercial, and stakeholders. The role also includes coordinating with teams responsible for developing and maintaining integrated Outage schedules across operational units.
Control Room Operator – Materials Handling
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation industry, with:
- 1 year as an Assistant Control Room Operator
- 2 years as a Plant Operator
- 2 years as an Assistant Plant Operator
Job Summary:
The Control Room Operator – Materials Handling is responsible for authorizing the control of a Material Handling Unit from a station control room through an integrated process control and DCS system. This role involves monitoring all processes to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Material Handling plant under both normal and emergency conditions without jeopardizing production.
