- Monitor overall short video trends in free and commercial demand. Regular inspiration mining for video creation.
- Implement trend inspirations into content education, direction, and guidebook for creators’ educational purpose.
- Develop creative ideas and conduct regular events and campaigns for creators’ activation. Responsible for managing creators’ community including its cultivation.
- Monitor content performances based on data evaluation, including reports, and content analysis.
- Assist end-to-end processes of online and offline events operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduating in Year 2025 and able to work full time within this year.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Have a strong interest in short video platforms, video creation, and AI-tools utilization. Keeping up with global trends
- Good time management skill, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willing to work efficiently with a cross-team from multiple-markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have internship experience of working in a short video platform and/or tech company.
- Have knowledge or experience handling creator community, handling events, and project management on campus scale.
