Senior Engineer Reliability

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee all maintenance activities in support of our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our facilities and equipment remain safe, reliable, optimal, and compliant with both company standards and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include implementing maintenance procedures, analyzing reliability data, executing condition monitoring activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Physics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Project/Operation/Maintenance within the Gas industry, with at least 3 years in Maintenance roles (such as reliability engineer or maintenance supervisor) or Construction/Commissioning roles (like Construction Engineer or Commissioning Coordinator).
- At least 2 years of experience in turbo machinery commissioning, start-up, operation, or maintenance, with a strong understanding of Gas Turbine Generator & Gas Turbine Compressor operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in analyzing the reliability of production facilities through reliability monitoring programs.
- Experience in executing condition monitoring maintenance for specific equipment (e.g., Vibration monitoring & analysis, Ultrasonic Thickness measurement).
- Ability to interpret and analyze data from Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience in executing calibration and verification procedures for instrumentation and control devices.
- Proficient in performing Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
- Understanding of turnaround activities, including development of work scope and strategy from initiation to closeout.
- Knowledge of maintenance reporting systems (e.g., dashboards, stakeholder, government) and PTK-041.
- Ability to interpret data from Plant Design Management Systems (PDMS)/3D CAD.
- Familiarity with API & ASME standards.
- Capable of identifying, analyzing, assessing, and implementing basic risk prevention and mitigation strategies in oil and gas operations.
- Familiarity with Operation & Maintenance Activities in H2S exposure is advantageous.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of upstream oil and gas operations and activities.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and legislation.

The role involves evaluating inflow and outflow performance between reservoirs, wellbores, and surface facilities, as well as overseeing efficient well operations and optimization across multiple gas fields. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the production engineering team, driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing operational excellence in production operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience as an engineer in the oil and gas industry, with field experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in Gas Reservoirs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sand handling.
- Understanding of risk assessment for oil and gas field operations.
- Familiarity with international standards related to well integrity.
- Strong knowledge in nodal analysis, production logging, tubing movement & stress analysis for dynamic producing/simulation conditions.
- Knowledge in well interventions, workover, well stimulation, and well integrity.
