Quality Control
Job Description :
- Raw material and product testing.
- Quality inspection of raw materials and products based on physical, chemical tests, and instrumental analysis.
- Environmental monitoring and microbial testing of sterile injection sites.
- Utilization of highly-developed LIMS to create real-time records of compliant tests.
- Verification of compendium (USP, EP, JP, etc.) registration test method.
- Review of regulations on registration of overseas licensed items, and organize registration and test status by country.
- Support for transfer of analysis technology for test methods and preparation of validation documents in English
Production
Job Description :
- Manage and operate production processes, including injection production, solid dosage production, and formulation technology.
- Lead the setup of new pharmaceutical production facilities and the transfer of technology.
- Implement automated manufacturing systems and computerized systems such as EDMS, QMS, MES, DI culture.
- GMP relates tasks including but not limited to equipment qualification, SOP, deviation, change control, and CAPA GMP.
- Qualification assessment of major manufacturing facilities for finished product pharmaceutical production
Engineering
Job Description :
- Design and Installation of HVAC and Chiller Systems: Planning and managing the design and installation of HVAC and chiller systems that meet international standards (e.g., cGMP, EU-GMP).
System Inspection and Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance. - Problem Diagnosis and Rapid Response: Quickly diagnosing issues in HVAC and chiller systems and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Filter and Refrigerant Management: Regularly checking and replacing filters as needed and managing refrigerants in HVAC and chiller systems.
- Compliance with GMP Regulations and Safety: Ensuring adherence to GMP and other regulations during the operation and maintenance of HVAC and chiller systems.
Eligibility
Required Qualifications
- QC: Medical, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related majors
- Production: Medical, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related majors
- Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering or related majors
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Proficency in spoken and written English is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist
- More than 1 year of professional work experience in relevant field or pharmaceutical company
- Fluency in Korea (TOPIK Level 3 or higher)
