Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Support daily operations of the production line to ensure sample products meet quality standards and schedules.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing production issues together with the Quality Control team.
- Help review and analyze production process data to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain good housekeeping and proper material handling to ensure product traceability and organization.
- Follow and support safety, health, security, and environmental (HSSE) practices to maintain a safe workplace.
- Assist with basic machine checks and maintenance to help keep equipment running smoothly.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates with max. 1 year of experience, or final-year students are welcome to apply.

- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to work with data and information to support production analysis.
- Basic problem-solving skills, familiarity with structured problem-solving tools is a plus.

- Support the preparation of documents and agreements based on commercial discussions with partners.
- Assist with other business analysis tasks and daily activities to generate insights and support the team.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or any related fields. Fresh graduates with max. 1 year of experience, or final-year students are welcome to apply.
