Leadership and Technical Development Program 2025
What You’ll Experience
Over 24 months, you’ll rotate through four core functions:
- Production Operations – 6 months
- Manufacturing Engineering – 6 months
- Quality – 6 months
- Supply Chain – 6 months
During the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring from seasoned professionals, and contribute to projects that drive real results. You’ll also have access to Caterpillar’s global training platforms and development tools.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking recent graduates who are passionate about leadership and manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and desire to lead
- Willingness to relocate to Batam for the full duration of the program
