PT Adaro Logistics (AL) merupakan segmen logistik dari Adaro Group yang berperan penting dalam mendukung operasi terintegrasi Adaro guna menjaga keunggulan operasional dan keandalan pasokan. AL memastikan pengiriman batu bara ke pelanggan sesuai jadwal, spesifikasi, dan kualitas yang disepakati. AL menjalankan berbagai bisnis logistik, termasuk pengangkutan batu bara dengan tongkang, pemuatan kapal, manajemen bahan bakar, manajemen saluran, pengerukan, terminal multi guna, pengelolaan stok, stevedoring, hingga operasi galangan kapal. Pada tahun 2021, AL mulai menjalankan operasi sendiri dengan menangani logistik bahan bakar untuk perusahaan-perusahaan Adaro Group, setelah mengakuisisi tangki bahan bakar dengan kapasitas total 8.600 kiloliter di pelabuhan Kelanis.
Pada 2023, AL melakukan ekspansi bisnisnya dengan mengoperasikan terminal barge-to-barge pertama di Kelanis Utara untuk mendukung pengangkutan batu bara Adaro Minerals Indonesia (AMI). Proses transfer barge-to-barge ini meningkatkan efisiensi dengan memindahkan batu bara dari tongkang berukuran kecil (5.000 dwt) ke tongkang berukuran besar (10.000-15.000 dwt). AL juga tengah mengembangkan fasilitas transfer barge-to-barge kedua dan dua unit tangki bahan bakar baru di Kelanis. Kolaborasi AL dengan HBI dan IBT dalam program pengadaan bahan bakar strategis berhasil memberikan penghematan biaya sebesar Rp51,6 miliar kepada Adaro Energy Indonesia (AEI).
Port Control Officer

Responsible for monitoring radio channel communication; Communication and assist the ships movement in the Taboneo port; Coordinate and communicate with stakeholder to ensure operational port activity running smoothly and safely.

- Min. Diploma degree (D3) in port shipping or nautical (ANT III).
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same or related position.
- Understanding about Radar & Radio Operations (can be supported by ORU).
- Have a good leadership, communication and problem-solving skill.

Port Department Head
Job Description:
Manage, organize, and regulate the use of port facilities/services. Ensure that the operational activities of the Taboneo floating terminal and port service activities run smoothly.

- Min. S1 of Marine Transport Management/Nautical (ANT I).
- Min. 5 years of experience in the same or related position.
- Excellent Port Management and Shipping & Marine Practice.
- Competence in Berthing, Unberthing and Loading arrangement.
- Willing to be placed in Taboneo, South Kalimantan.

Marine, Safety & Security Staff
Job Description:
Organize and conduct safety drills in port areas; Ensure operational port activity running smoothly and comply with safety regulations in company.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) of Maritime Transportation Management, Public Health, Occupational Safety & Health.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Port Management & Terminal Operator industry or other similar industries.
- Able to conduct risk assessments and respond to emergencies.
- Preferably certified related to AK3U/PFSO.
- Willing to be placed in Taboneo, South Kalimantan.

Port Engineer
Job Description:
Manage and oversee all aspects of vessel maintenance, dry docking, and repair activities to ensure operational reliability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or Marine Certification (ATT III).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Shipping Industry, Shipyard Industry or other similar industries.
- Familiar with ISM code implementation.
- Familiar with floating crane is a plus.
- Able to read and analyze technical drawing.
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.

Port Captain
Job Description:
Monitoring the operational activities (tug & barge/transshipment, loading & discharging activities) throughout the project to ensure that the fleet activity are operated safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Nautical or held ANT III.
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipping industry.
- Min. 4 years of sea service and 2 years as Master on board (bulk carrier/tanker are preferred).
- Analyze and determine improvement steps related to Fleet barging/Transshipment operational activities.
- Understanding in ISM & ISPS code implementation.
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.

Crane & Loader Operator
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and loaders safely while avoiding equipment damage.
- Capable of handling various types of cargo to ensure safe lifting and transfer operations in barge-to-barge coal transfer activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in operating cranes and loaders.
- Understanding of safety standards for equipment operation.
- Have valid SIO Crane and SIO Loader certificate.
- Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.
