Assistant Technical Operations Manager
Placement: Jakarta, Banten
Requirements:
- Ensure end-to-end technical compliance across sampling, weighing, inspection, and moisture determination for the Metals and Minerals sector.
- Oversee field teams to ensure cargo handling, loading, and discharging operations comply with international standards (ISO, ASTM, JIS).
- Supervise laboratory operations (in-house or subcontracted) and ensure analytical results are accurate, repeatable, and aligned with client requirements.
- Lead the development and commissioning of new laboratory facilities, including recruitment, procurement, and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
- Oversee the performance of subcontracted laboratories, including dispatch, QA/QC alignment, result validation, and cost/timeline management.
- Lead investigations into technical disputes and prepare supporting reports and documentation for commercial/legal resolution.
