Export Import Staff
Placement: Surabaya & Head Office
Job Description:
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all export-import documents are properly filed and stored.
- Handle import & export administration and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs and logistics regulations.
- Manage reports and support operational activities.
- Willing to travel between Surabaya and Head Office as required.
Qualifications:
- Male.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Management, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and freight forwarding processes.
- Having experience 1-2 years in logistics/export-import is an advantage.
- Holder of SIM A (driving license).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate in English (at least passive).
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a team.
Demolition Robot Operator Trainee
Placement: Head Office & Project Sites
Job Description:
- Participate in both theoretical and practical training programs related to Demolition Robot.
- Learn operating procedures, control systems, and various Demolition Robot attachments.
- Understand and apply safety standards in the operation of Demolition Robot in the workplace.
- Assist in daily inspections, basic maintenance, and machine condition checks.
- Support demolition and construction tasks under the guidance of a supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (preferably in Engineering or related fields).
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to complete the entire training program.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid-steers, etc.) is an advantage.
- Disciplined, eager to learn, and strongly committed to workplace safety.
Team Leader
Placement: Head Office & Project Sites
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians.
- Develop, schedule, and delegate tasks to technicians for daily preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment and operations run smoothly and in compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with clients and technicians regarding preventive and corrective maintenance standards.
- Report daily tasks to the Project Leader, clients, and other related parties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Maintenance of Acid Plant & ETP Equipment (Pumps, Motors, Conveyors, Agitators).
- Strong knowledge of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
- Possess a valid AK3U certification.
