Lead Mechanical Engineer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering, depending on the project’s requirements.
  • 8-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
  • Expertise in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or ANSYS).

Lead Piping Engineer

  • Proficiency in piping design software (AutoCAD Plant 3D, SmartPlant, PDMS, Caesar II).
  • Strong understanding of piping stress analysis, fluid dynamics, and material selection.

Lead Process Engineer

Qualification:

  • Experience leading engineering projects and teams.
  • 8-15 years of experience in process engineering, with a significant portion of that in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in process design, heat and mass balance calculations, and process control strategies.
  • Conduct hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.
  • Analyze process-related issues and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assess and introduce new technologies to improve plant efficiency and productivity.

  • Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and review design calculations and drawings.
