Logistic Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation/Supply Chain Management
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Logistic Supervisor in a Manufacturing/Distribution Center/Warehouse environment
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Description:

  • Plan and control warehouse operations by determining product mapping and storage requirements, managing purchase orders, and overseeing the picking product processes (FIFO) and shipping
  • Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs
  • Ensure accurate product inventory alignment between system records and physical stock
  • Schedule monthly stock-taking activities
  • Monitor the transportation system to prevent delivery delays that could impact projects or customer satisfaction
  • Search and compare prices to determine the best shipping options

Sales Counter

Requirements:

  • Senior High School graduate in any major
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Sales Counter/Sales Admin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/SAP/ERP
  • Communicative and able to coordinate with various parties
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in work

Job Description:

  • Create Sales Orders (SO)
  • Arrange sales deliveries
  • Check stock in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with Accounts Receivable (AR) for application purposes
  • Process orders according to procedures
  • Accurately and neatly record transactions of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse
