J Resources is an Indonesian owned, intermediate gold producer, as measured by global output. We pro- duce 200,000oz per annum, derived mainly from our operating Indonesian assets. We operate, mine and understand low grade-gold deposits and heap leach systems.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles for our project located in Kotabunan, North Sulawesi :

Available Positions

1. Supervisor – OHS

Responsibility
  • Monitor and Control all activities of each Department regarding OHS aspect, especially of risk activity • Supervise and provide advice to the other department’s supervisor to implement the safe practice of their task
  • Provide and implement the OHS daily program, OHS equipment inspection plan, and training schedule, in- cluding Internal Audit
  • Analyze the unsafe condition, unsafe action, and other unconformities to find the corrective and preventive action plan
  • Provide the OHS report by Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly
Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
  • Have experience in mining projects (5 years).
  • Have Ahli K3 Umum Certification; Preferly Auditor (SMKP, ISO 45001)
  • This position works on a site with a roster system (site-based) – Kotabunan, North Sulawesi

2. Supervisor – Rehabilitation

Responsibility
  • Supervise planting and care activities in revegetation areas • Reporting on reclamation activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Conduct supervision and monitoring activities in the nursery
  • Support environmental monitoring activities (drop box supervision, settling pond & B3 waste management)
  • Conduct regular environmental monitoring and management activities
Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor’s in Forestry/Agriculture/Environmental or related discipline
  • Have experience in mining projects (5 years).
  • Have POP certification; Reclamation and Post-Mining Technique
  • This position works on a site with a roster system (site-based) – Kotabunan, North Sulawesi
