Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang beroperasi di bawah PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation, dengan layanan penerbangan berjadwal dan sewa. Didirikan pada tahun 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, maskapai ini awalnya didirikan untuk mendukung kegiatan pengiriman peralatan dan bantuan kemanusiaan pasca-gempa bumi Samudera Hindia 2004. Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Proficient in drafting and analyzing company contracts.
  • Ability to manage company documents and permits.
  • Strong capability in handling both civil and criminal legal issues.
  • Discretion and mindfulness regarding sensitive information.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia.
  • Intermediate multitasking skills.
  • Flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Legal Team on all matters related to legal, law, and regulations, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce necessary legal documents as requested by the company.
  • Serve as an internal advisor for staff regarding legal matters.
  • Undertake any other assignments as required by the company.

Management Trainee – General

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Familiar with office software
  • Verbal and written English communication skills are a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good character, creative, innovative
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Skill in multitasking

Management Trainee – Human Resource

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Willing to work at the Head Office in Pangandaran and be open to travel throughout Indonesia if needed

  • Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
  • Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures

Management Trainee – Finance, Accounting & Tax

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major from a reputable university
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Verbal and written English communication skills are a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team, and handle pressure well
  • Creative, innovative, and possess good character
  • Excellent organizational skills and skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Able to work in an agile environment
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

  • Having Brevet A and/or B is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
  • Preparing and executing cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
  • Managing bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
  • Assisting in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Media Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or Diploma degree
  • Experience in media, digital agency, or other creative industries is a plus
  • Creative mind with content planning skills and social media handling experience
  • Experience in managing and leading a creative team
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and willing to work with a wide range of media
  • Photography and digital marketing skills are a plus
  • Prior experience in branding and social media
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to manage workload
  • High attention to detail and design aesthetics
