Susi Air, yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation, merupakan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang melayani penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada tahun 2004, maskapai ini awalnya bertujuan untuk mendukung distribusi hasil perikanan segar dari Pangandaran ke pasar internasional. Management Trainee Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance

- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)
- Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely journal entries
- Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
- Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
- Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
- Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently and handle sensitive data with discretion
- Willingness to be based in Pangandaran and anywhere in Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing monthly and annual tax reporting, including PPh Masa, PPh Badan, and PPN (Value Added Tax)
- Ensuring all tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with Indonesian tax regulations
- Preparing and reviewing monthly PPN reports (e-Faktur)
- Creating and uploading tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) through the e-Faktur system
- Ensuring accurate input and output tax reconciliation
- Verifying the validity of incoming tax invoices from vendors
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of valid tax invoices
- Managing the submission of PPN SPT (Surat Pemberitahuan Masa PPN) via e-Filing
- Handling VAT audits and preparing supporting documentation when required
- Utilizing Coretax for tax calculation, reporting, and electronic submissions
- Maintaining and organizing proper tax documentation, including audit trails and reconciliation reports
- Operating Accurate accounting software for daily financial data entry and tax-related reporting
- Coordinating with relevant departments and external tax authorities as needed
- Monitoring changes in tax regulations, particularly related to VAT/PPN, and updating internal processes accordingly
- Responding to audits and tax-related inquiries from government agencies
- Performing additional finance-related tasks as assigned
