Susi Air, yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation, merupakan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang melayani penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada tahun 2004, maskapai ini awalnya bertujuan untuk mendukung distribusi hasil perikanan segar dari Pangandaran ke pasar internasional. Management Trainee Human Resource

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Willing to work at Head Office in Pangandaran and willing to work throughout Indonesia if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
  • Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Management Trainee General

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university. Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.00 (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • High motivation to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong leadership potential with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.5 from a notable university.
  • Minimum 1-year work experience in legal fields.
  • Having PKPA and UPA is a plus.
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts.
  • Able to handle company documents and permits.
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal.
  • Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
  • Intermediate multitasking skills.
  • Flexible in terms of working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to legal, law, and regulations, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
  • Acting as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matters.
  • Performing any other assignments needed by the Company.

Management Trainee Human Resource (Expat)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in HR or expatriate management is a plus.
  • Experience in handling expatriate documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage.

  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, especially concerning expatriates.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots and engineers).
  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff.
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
  • Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates.
  • Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation.
  • Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management.
  • Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
