Tool Pusher

Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Tool Pusher based in Bengkalis.
  • Responsible for supervisory tasks related to drilling and completion operations, onshore drilling.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory Skills, Onshore Drilling, Drilling, and Completion expertise with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas Operations.
  • IADC or IWCF & BOSIET certification.
  • Ability to manage a team and maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Experience in the energy industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with hydraulic and electric top drives is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Materialman

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect deliveries of goods/equipment from Jakarta/local imports by matching them with the issued Purchase Orders to the relevant vendors.
  • Report to the Logistics Supervisor any discrepancies between received goods and ordered goods.
  • Fill out the PTPP (Request for Corrective & Preventive Actions) form if the goods are missing/damaged or do not match the Purchase Order/Receiving Report/Packing List and other supporting documents.
  • Organize the layout of goods (spare parts) in the warehouse according to BMC groups, units, and conditions to facilitate search and prevent damage, such as using a Cold Room for packing rubber and similar items.
  • Label incoming inventory items in the warehouse according to their identity.
  • Tag each rig for items to be issued and place them in designated areas to avoid mix-ups.
  • Record all items in the logbook and stock card every time goods are received or issued.
  • Prepare goods according to user requests based on WHT/IRM that have been fully approved, including BMC, specifications, and quantities.
  • Update the stock card for every transaction of incoming and outgoing goods and during cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Plan fuel receipts and shipments.
  • Create cargo manifests for BBM shipments to the rigs, signed by the Superintendent/SPV Logistics (SCM).
  • Oversee the process of unloading BBM into distribution tanks.
  • Create reports on BBM receipt, shipment, and filling.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse handling.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Rig Superintendent

Requirements:

  • Petroleum Engineering and Drilling Engineering skills.
  • Minimum 10 years experience at field location onshore/offshore Drilling Operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Crane/Foco to lift and move cargo/equipment to or from a place/warehouse/location. Safely position cargo to and from transport equipment.
  • Pull and push levers or press pedals to raise, lower, and rotate the ‘BOOM’ or cargo with their own judgment or with the guidance of a rigger.
  • Check the completeness of vehicle documents (SILO/COI, STNK, KIR) and also inspect spare parts such as tires, rods, jacks, lamps, brakes, fuel, engine lubricants, transmission, drive shaft, tire pressure, and radiator water.
  • Clean, maintain, and lubricate the crane to ensure it is always in working condition.
  • Responsible for maintaining the unit, accessories, and cargo carried by the vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating a Crane or Foco truck
  • Hold certificates: Crane/Foco Operator License and BII Driver’s License
  • Familiar with the operation of crane or foco truck in drilling or workover operations

QHSSE Supervisor
