Service Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer retention.
- Provide service business analysis and recommend action plans.
- Lead dealer action plan development and control its execution.
- Manage part retail sales and wholesales.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
- Analyze dealer customer satisfaction reports and recommend action plans.
- Ensure compliance with standard processes, facilities, and manpower.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in after-sales management in the automotive industry.
- Required skills: basic dealer operation management, advanced communication skills, and high leadership skills.
- Certification in zone/district/area manager training or business efficiency (e.g., Green Belt 6 Sigma) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Experience with premium automotive brands is preferred.

Mechanic Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose underlying causes of vehicle damage to identify necessary repairs.
- Execute repairs to restore vehicles to optimal functionality.
- Perform thorough maintenance to address immediate issues and ensure long-term performance.
- Compile detailed reports on vehicle conditions after maintenance.
- Develop and implement schedules for routine inspections to ensure reliability and safety.
Requirements:
- SMK/D3/ST in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in four-wheeled vehicle repair.
- Strong understanding of automotive concepts and vehicle engines.
- Good communication skills and high motivation.
- Honest, thorough, responsible, and able to work in a team or independently.
- Active SIM A and proficient driving skills.
- Experience with premium automotive brands is preferred.

Partman Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily reports on spare part availability.
- Track and document all spare part movements in the warehouse.
- Forecast spare part demand based on operational needs.
- Monitor inventory usage to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate timely reordering of spare parts to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Male (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Honest, thorough, responsible, and able to work in a team or independently.
