Production Officer / Team Leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (preferably engineering).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of production principles and systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Not color blind and willing to work shifts if required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in production is preferred.
Job Description:
- Oversee production processes technically, administratively, and systematically.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly work results.
- Monitor the performance of the production team to achieve production targets.
- Ensure production documentation meets ISO standards.
PPIC Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control, production planning, MRP, and supply chain management.
- Ability to forecast and understand the master production schedule (MPS).
Job Description:
- Responsible for weekly and monthly production planning.
- Monitor progress in achieving production targets.
- Manage inventory based on usage plans and buffer stock.
- Process material requisition based on purchase requests (PR).
- Coordinate with related departments.
Engineering Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Willing to work on-site/in the field.
- Preferably 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to analyze machine problems.
Job Description:
- Develop maintenance and repair plans for production machines.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production machine issues.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and machines.
- Prepare daily to monthly reports.
- Responsible for planning and supervising maintenance activities.
HSE Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related K3 and environmental fields.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Holds a General K3 Expert certificate (preferred).
- Knowledge of 5R and PROPER concepts.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data analysis skills.
- Experience in HSE is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain K3 policies and waste and pollution management.
- Analyze K3 and environmental hazards and their controls.
- Create environmental control programs.
- Monitor and supervise environmental management activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable K3L policies.
- Conduct document and field audits related to K3 and the environment.
Quality Assurance Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agribusiness, or Industrial Agricultural Technology.
- Experience in QA is preferred.
- Preferably holds an ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification or other QA certifications.
- Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in pesticide or plastic industries is a plus.

Quality Control Inspector
Requirements:
- Minimum high school/SMK graduate (IPA, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Industry major).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Able to operate measuring tools such as viscometer, pH meter, and hydrometer.
- Able to verify measuring instruments.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime if needed.
