Corporate Strategy Planning Admin

Job Descriptions

  • Provide admin support at the Head Office&Site Office in order to support Corporate Strategy Planning Department in fulfilling his/her responsibilities.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings and reserve meeting rooms
  • Open Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Travel Order (TO), Travel Declaration (TD), Spending monitoring, HR-related workflows, etc. in SAP
  • Prepare and route admin related forms (Cash Disbursements etc.)
  • Book/reserve flights/hotels/restaurants; order office and other supplies
  • Keep track of Corporate Strategy Planning Department correspondence including documents for reviews/approvals.

PP Instrument Technician

Responsibility

  • Carry out the Instrument Maintenance activity by following the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.
  • Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance related to instrument equipment, based on request from planner or his superior, to prevent or repair damage on equipment within the set time duration.
  • Follow-Up on previously identified equipment issues to ensure the root cause and corrective actions have been taken and the problem is resolved.
  • Operate instrument tools and equipment to support maintenance and repair activities effectively and ensure smooth operation of the production process.
  • Ensure proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities and make an effort in compliance with relevant environmental law and regulation.
  • Coordinate with planner prior to part/material withdrawal to prevent any mistake and part/material withdrawal could be well organized.
  • Real commitment towards OHS Management and its implementation, participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company.
  • Arrange the necessary tools and equipment prior to starting any maintenance activities to optimize work efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma 3 in major of instrumentation, mechatronics engineering, electrical engineering.
  • Have 2-3 years working experience in similar position/ Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.
  • Good in english skills both spoken & written.
  • Willing to working as shift schedule.

PE Production SDK Engineer

Job Description

  • Support plant operations in the HDPE Plant by preparing regular reports that represent plant conditions (daily, weekly, and monthly), including production information, product quality, loss time, raw material consumption, maintenance activities, and other key operational parameters.
  • Prepare operational guidelines/work instruction, trial run procedures, modification proposals, and troubleshooting documentation to ensure well‑organized work activities
  • Carry out and implement occupational safety, health, housekeeping, and security activities to create a safe and secure workplace, in accordance with the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management Systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in major Chemical Engineering
  • 3 years working experience in related field
  • Strong analythical thinking and data analythical
  • Proficient using MS. Office program as well as for daily activity
  • Fluent in english both spoken & written
