Role Description:
- Monitoring and analyzing plant performance across cost, service level, quality, and safety metrics.
- Driving improvement initiatives to optimize factory performance and achieve operational targets.
- Rotating across key plant functions (plant, production, R&D, and related departments) to gain end-to-end manufacturing exposure.
What We Looking For:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by January 2025).
- Background in Food Tech/Food Engineer/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering, open to others with relevant experience.
- Experienced in internships, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus.
- Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences.
- Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score.

Role Description:
- Managing and developing sales performance in general trade outlets.
- Building relationships with stores, negotiating sales terms, and expanding outlet coverage.
- Executing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, sales volume, and distribution effectiveness.
- Monitoring sales performance through regular reporting and field insights.
What We Looking For:
- Fresh graduate from any major with strong interest in Sales & Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
- Familiar with Ms. Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- Comfortable with field-based roles, including outlet visits and store negotiations.
- Able to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license (SIM C).
