Maintenance Technician – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in continuous improvement initiatives at the maintenance plant.
- Ensure all equipment is managed properly to achieve maximum performance daily.
- Follow up on issues that arise with machinery or equipment that may impact daily output targets.
- Implement preventive maintenance according to the checklist and report findings to the foreman.
- Verify and ensure all equipment and machinery are in good condition through regular checks.
- Control and manage mechanical spare parts daily to support production, informing superiors of any shortages or replacement needs.
- Disseminate management decisions and meeting results, ensuring proper follow-up on their implementation.
- Coordinate the implementation of company policies within the designated area of responsibility.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives.
- Ensure designated section areas are well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed.
- Perform any tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Functional knowledge of mechanical components such as valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, and gearboxes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints or schematics.
- Demonstrated ability in machine repair, machine tool operations, pipe fitting, and welding.
- Strong expertise in performing equipment installation, testing, and modification.
- Familiarity with or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Editor.
- Good level of both written and spoken English for business communication.

Facility Technician – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot plant facility equipment, mobile equipment, and heavy equipment.
- Continuously monitor gas lines, air lines, chiller lines, and perform periodic leak checks to conserve energy.
- Verify and ensure all equipment and machinery are in good condition through regular checks.
- Control and manage mechanical spare parts daily to support production, informing superiors of any shortages or replacement needs.
- Disseminate management decisions and meeting results, ensuring proper follow-up on their implementation.
- Perform any tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior/Vocational High School diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Functional knowledge of mechanical components such as valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, and gearboxes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints or schematics.
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles in maintenance technician work assignments.
- Demonstrated ability in machine repair, machine tool operations, pipe fitting, and welding.
- Ability to operate a forklift, side loader, or boom lift is beneficial.
- Strong expertise in installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting lifting equipment.

Facility Technician – Electrical
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in driving continuous improvement at the maintenance plant.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are managed properly to achieve maximum performance daily.
- Address issues with electrical installations and machinery software that may affect daily output targets, and perform repairs as needed.
- Implement preventive maintenance according to the checklist and report findings to the foreman.
- Monitor plant electrical consumption.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, switch gears, and transformers.
- Support and handle cabling during equipment relocations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, fans, HVAC systems, and other electrical facilities.
- Ensure all electrical installations and machinery software are in good condition through daily checks and verification, or as per the maintenance plan.
- Control and manage electrical spare parts daily to support production, and inform superiors of any shortages or replacement needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior/Vocational High School diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
