Account Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas Industry
Placement: Jakarta
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and manage client accounts in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet client needs.

Lifecycle Solution Engineer
Job Specifications:
- Identify service opportunities such as repair, reconditioning, service contract, Turnaround support, diagnostics, and upgrade solutions.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer needs in various industries, such as oil & gas, power, refinery, fertilizer, and other process industries.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Lifecycle Engineering & Development (LED) and Authorized Service Provider (ASP) teams.
- Provide application and technical support during project execution to ensure compliance with OEM and Authorized Service Provider standards.
- Contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction through value-based solutions and proactive engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Physics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in valve, instrumentation, or automation maintenance services.
- Strong understanding of control valves, pressure relief valves, and actuators.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and consultative sales skills.
- Willing to travel and work at customer sites as required.
Senior Project Engineer for Shutdown/Turn Around Project
Job Specifications:
- Lead the planning and execution of major STO projects, with emphasis on valves and final control equipment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including procurement, cost control, engineers, technicians, planners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and oversee risk assessment and mitigation.
- Act as the main point of contact with customers, providing professional communication and project updates.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and manpower deployment for STO execution.
- Control project costs, track progress, and report variances to division.
- Support and mentor site teams, ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver documentation, reports, and presentations in Bahasa Indonesia/English.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 8–10 years of professional experience in project execution, with at least 5 years dedicated to Shutdown/Turnaround (STO) activities.
- Proven experience in valve-related projects (control valves, pressure safety valves, isolation valves) within industries such as oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large, complex, and multi-disciplinary STO projects.

- Strong technical expertise in valves and related instrumentation.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and cost control capabilities.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate diverse project teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
