Security Administration Staff

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang sekuriti/keamanan.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office.
  • Memiliki kemampuan bela diri dan sertifikat Gada Pratama.
  • Motivasi tinggi dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Membuat laporan terkait kegiatan pengamanan di Kawasan SCBD.
  • Menyusun dan mempresentasikan bahan terkait kegiatan pengamanan.
  • Mengoperasikan perangkat keamanan dan siaga dalam situasi darurat.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim pengamanan, kepolisian, dan tenant.
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam shift atau berjaga malam.

Electrical Technician

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Jurusan Elektro.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang pengelolaan gedung atau engineering.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office.
  • Motivasi tinggi dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap operasional dan preventive maintenance di Kawasan SCBD.
  • Mengidentifikasi masalah dan melakukan corrective maintenance pada komponen kelistrikan.
  • Melakukan perbaikan peralatan listrik.
  • Mematuhi kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan, khususnya terkait keselamatan dan keamanan.

Chief Engineering

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama, diutamakan di bidang properti.
  • Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik.
  • Menguasai Mechanical, Electrical, dan Civil Engineering dalam pengelolaan gedung.
  • Jujur, loyal, berdedikasi tinggi, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, melaksanakan, menyelesaikan, dan memutuskan permasalahan engineering terkait operasional, maintenance, perbaikan, serta modifikasi sarana dan prasarana.
  • Membuat laporan bulanan terkait masalah dan aktivitas engineering, termasuk memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan perusahaan.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas maintenance gedung dan mengelola tim engineering.

Senior Project Architect

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consultancy, development, or contracting.
  • Minimum 3 years as a project manager or senior architect.
  • Experienced in designing high-rise or residential projects, including on-site supervision.
  • Proficient in CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software (e.g., Sketchup, Lumion, Twinmotion).
  • Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin.
  • A team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Committed to high-quality, functional, and innovative design.
  • Willing to be assigned to projects outside SCBD and Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing concept designs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Preparing detailed designs and budgets based on building codes and standards (SNI).
  • Monitoring and ensuring projects proceed as planned, including regular site visits.
  • Preparing reports, including progress timelines and budget realizations.
  • Negotiating with external providers (contractors, consultants, clients).
  • Collaborating with engineers, consultants, property agents, and local authorities during project planning and execution.
  • Providing advice and making decisions during project execution as needed.

Corporate Secretary Staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in office management software.
  • Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing Corporate Secretary programs, reports, and projects, including General Meetings of Shareholders.
  • Prepare Annual Reports and reports for the holding company.
  • Manage corporate documentation and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather data for reports.
  • Work with external providers, holding representatives, and subsidiaries.
  • Inform Boards of Directors and Commissioners about regulatory changes and their implications.
  • Execute and maintain all required corporate filings, documents, reports, and records according to laws and regulations.

Market Research Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in market research or analytics are a plus.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of building components, typologies, and their relationship with public spaces and urban infrastructure.
  • Proficient in market research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, CRM systems).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Analyze demographic, economic, and competitive data to assess market viability.
  • Develop and execute surveys, focus groups, and interviews for data collection.

Talent Acquisition Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in the property sector is an advantage.
  • Familiar with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.).
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws related to recruitment and employment.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and managers.
  • Capable of objectively assessing candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Adaptive and able to propose solutions for recruitment challenges.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple positions efficiently.
  • Knowledgeable about labor market trends, talent management, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Provide recommendations and follow up on recruitment stages.
