PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk, sebelumnya dikenal sebagai PT Black Diamond Borneo, didirikan pada tahun 2017 dengan tujuan untuk terus mengembangkan dan memperluas bisnisnya baik secara organik maupun melalui akuisisi, sehingga dapat mencakup semua aspek bagi para pelanggannya. Kualitas batubara yang dihasilkan memiliki kandungan sulfur di bawah 1% dengan nilai GAR (gross air-received) sebesar 5500 dan tingkat AFT (ash fusion temperature) yang tinggi, sehingga umumnya dapat digunakan oleh semua industri. Executive Assistant to BOD

What You Would Do:

  • Organize Directors’ appointments, business trips, and other schedules.
  • Handle Directors’ administrative needs.
  • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, and documents.
  • Assist the Directors with various occasions (e.g., meetings with clients, visiting exhibitions, business trips).
  • Manage confidential information, data, and documents with strict confidentiality.
  • Handle other secretarial matters, administrative-related tasks, and General Affairs matters.
  • Provide well-organized Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and other necessary documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with internal Divisions/Departments and external organizations as instructed by the Directors.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Financial Management, or related fields from reputable universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience of at least 2 years as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant to BOD, preferably in the mining industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Accounting Staff (AR)

What You Would Do:

  • Create Account Receivable reports every month and analyze those reports.
  • Make aging AR and update them regularly.
  • Responsible for collecting payments from clients when they are due.
  • Ensure bills are paid off or paid in installments (by phone, sending letters/emails, or visiting clients).
  • Establish good relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Process invoices accurately, ensuring all required information is correct and complete for processing.
  • Receive payments, record the amounts correctly, and input payment information into the system.
  • Reconcile and update receivables accurately.
  • Handle discrepancies and resolve problems related to AR.
  • Create and explain the chronology of ARs if necessary.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Accounting Staff, preferably as AR Staff in the mining or plantation industry.
  • Proven basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and databases, familiar with Accurate and SAP.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with good analytical thinking.
  • Ability to recognize problems and offer problem-solving.
  • Good team player, capable of handling concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, and demonstrating the ability to meet required project timeframes.

Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager

What You Would Do:

  • Monitor and analyze accounting and financial data, and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Create consolidated financial reports.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Coordinate with the auditor to complete annual audits.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
  • Proven working experience of at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or FAT Manager, preferably in the mining or plantation industries.
  • Experienced in working on Public Company and creating consolidation reports. Experience as an auditor will be an advantage.
  • Taxation Brevet certified.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases, familiar with SAP.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with good analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to direct and supervise.
  • Able to take decisive decisions and offer problem-solving.

IT SAP Support

What You Would Do:

  • Follow all SAP solution policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and document SAP Business Model.
  • Provide daily support and handle issues for SAP systems including S/4HANA and other related modules.
  • Ensure SAP reports match the approved reports (team up with Accounting/Finance peers).
  • Collaborate with end users to understand and resolve issues regarding SAP functionality, performance, and reports.
  • Perform system configuration, installation, upgrades, and necessary repairs, ensuring SAP runs smoothly during closing.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides, maintaining the SAP system to avoid bugs.
  • Responsible for SAP customization and keeping it up to date within the functional module, including new projects, system enhancements, support, and maintenance.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities related to the SAP system.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of SAP applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology and practices from SAP.
  • Ensure all SAP Project goals are accomplished to the specifications and business objectives.

Requirements You Must Fulfill:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT SAP Support, SAP Functional or Transactional, or SAP Consultant, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and customization. Familiarity with ABAP ERP software and SAP development tools. SAP certification is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning, problem-solving, debugging, and performance monitoring skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.

Quality Control Supervisor

What You Would Do:

  • Supervise production works and be responsible for quality control in the coal getting process.
  • Perform in-situ coal sampling in stockpile/ROM and analyze the samples.
  • Supervise coal loading in ROM.
  • Manage stockpile.
  • Accurately calculate the coal blending composition.
  • Provide daily reports.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller in the coal mining industry.
  • Proven basic knowledge of the coal getting process and coal blending.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with good analytical thinking.
  • Ability to recognize problems and offer solutions.
  • Good team player with strong leadership skills, capable of handling concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, and demonstrating the ability to meet required project timeframes.
  • Availability to join ASAP.
  • Willing to be placed in Kurun, Central Kalimantan.
