Radio Frequency Engineer – Telecommunication
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for network acceptance target.
- Review acceptance reports with customers.
- Guide partners on optimization proposals for site and cluster-level acceptance.
- Monitor network performance KPIs regularly.
- Coordinate and escalate issues with relevant parties.
- Collaborate with expert teams for strategic optimization implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience in radio network optimization on LTE networks.
- Performance management experience in networks with more than 500 sites.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 2G/3G optimization.
Wireless Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with wireless network NEs and able to handle routine alarms and tasks.
- Skilled in patch installation and core NE upgrades.
- Collaborate on network cutovers and capacity expansions.
- Understand 2G/3G/4G/LTE/5G protocols for in-depth problem-solving.
- Optimize wireless NE KPI performance and review solutions.
- Adhere to cybersecurity processes.
- Complete tasks promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA: 3.2/4.00.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Team collaboration ability.
- Knowledge of telecommunication basics and TCP/IP concepts.
- Familiarity with Linux or related OS.
Human Resource Business Partner (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment requests from ARP Company and clients.
- Update progress on hiring to the department.
- Handle interview arrangements and maintain ARP hiring databases.
- Design remuneration packages before submitting to clients.
- Develop recruitment plans and schedules aligned with operational and sales needs.
- Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Business Partner or related HR roles.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and responsive to recruitment processes.
- Active feedback and prioritization skills.
Admin Specialist – Integrated Facility Management (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities across industries by overseeing vendor tasks for soft and hard services.
- Ensure vendor compliance with business guidelines and evaluate service standards.
- Conduct yearly audits (e.g., AEO, ISO, HSE, Quality).
- Contribute to occupant comfort, system performance optimization, energy efficiency, and KPI orientation.
- Develop relationships with business units and vendors.
- Manage end-to-end daily services and acceptances.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management (soft & hard services).
- Skilled in workflow analysis, CMMS, work orders, and acceptance processes.
- Excellent communication in English, with Mandarin as an advantage.
- Knowledge of HSE, hospitality, and quality assurance.
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
