Business Planning Specialist

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, accounting, business management, or relevant majors from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in budget management, accounting, and/or finance.
  • Strong background and knowledge in corporate finance, valuation, accounting, and finance processes.
  • Significant experience in the Company’s budgeting process and/or financial accounting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.
  • Fluent skills in creating presentations, reports, documentation, and other relevant administration tasks.
  • Proactive, able to work in a structured manner, and under tight schedules, both independently and in a team with general or minimum direction.
  • Willing to be located in the Jakarta area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate the Company’s Annual Work Plan and Budget (“RKAP”) in conformity with the Company’s strategic initiatives, Corporate Long-Term Plan (“RJPP”), and shareholder directions.
  • Prepare and coordinate the evaluation of financial performance compared to the Company’s RKAP on a consolidated basis.
  • Carry out and manage end-to-end Corporate Budget Management Activities, including controlling operational costs, controlling the Company’s BOPO Ratio, preparing budget realization reports, along with proposing initiatives for cost efficiency.
  • Participate in conducting research and thinking through the output of working papers, internal memorandums/official notes, narrative reports, and presentations to stakeholders
