General Requirements
- Male or Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Excellent health (both physically and mentally)
- Fluent in English with good communication skills (other foreign language skills are preferred)
- Service-oriented, committed, and experienced in direct interaction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused
Specific Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-end setting like a 5-star hotel, restaurant, or cruise liner
- Expertise in preparing and presenting fine dining meals, even under the constraints of an in-flight environment
- Minimum position: Chef De Parties (CDP)
- Internationally recognized chef apprenticeship or journeyman qualifications
- Maximum age: 39 years old
- Minimum height: 158 cm (Female) and 165 cm (Male), with proportional body weight and posture
- Flexible about work rosters that may vary due to business needs and staffing situations
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming at all times
- Willing to follow all stages of cabin crew recruitment selection
