JR. Process Engineer
Location: Onshore – Gresik, Jawa Timur
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing oil and gas facilities, including production platforms, pipelines, and processing plants.
- Evaluating and improving the performance of existing facilities to optimize production and minimize costs.
- Ensuring that facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Overseeing construction and installation of new facilities or upgrades to existing facilities.
- Conducting inspections and audits to identify potential safety or environmental hazards.
- Managing budgets and timelines for facility projects.
- Providing technical expertise and support to other departments, such as drilling or production.
- Collaborating with other engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure facilities are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans for emergencies or unplanned.
- Facilities Engineer responsible for design packages and project management on projects to support new production via new facility.
- Responsible for process design of new production facilities and upgrades to existing facilities that comply with Company Specification.
- Manage all phases of new and existing facilities projects including FEED, economic evaluation, standards compliance, HAZID/HAZOP, QAV/QC, permitting contractor selection.
- Perform frequent site visit to offshore as interface engineering with production and maintenance team.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Process Engineer.
- Familiar with recognized engineering standards/codes not limited to ASME, API, ISO, and other chemical engineering standards.
- Experience with other disciplines and/or construction of oil and gas plant/offshore equipment would be preferable.
- Experience with equipment inspection and testing are desirable.
