Requirement

  • Male or female
  • Candidates must possess bachelor’s degree from any majors.
  • Having experiences as HR Compensation and benefit from manufacturing industry
  • Having knowledge about compensation and benefit program, policies, prosedures, regulation.
  • Having experience to managing compensation and benefit in HRIS.
  • Having experience to manage and analyze labor cost monthly and yearly.
  • Have strong personality, active and good interpersonal
  • Excellent to operate Ms. Excel, Detail Oriented, Fluent in English
  • Placement : EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Kab.Bekasi.

Qualification

  • Background D3/S1 Electronic
  • Experience min 2 years in engineering / R& D
  • Fresh graduated are welcome
  • Have communications skills
  • Have skill on programming and CAD design
  • Have Knowledge PLC Circuit
  • Have Knowledge office ERP – SAP
  • Experience in electronic workshop
  • Skill on MD, ID schematic – circuit PLC

Responsibility

  • Member of R&D engineering TV
  • Preparation and manage new TV model development
  • Handle application process production TV line

Purchasing Import Staff

Qualification :
