Job Description:
Responsible for supporting daily production activities across all sites, ensuring the smooth production process, tracking all production records, and ensuring the achievement of production targets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the daily production process to achieve set production targets across all sites.
- Create comprehensive production reports according to the respective section.
- Assist in preparing detailed actual unit reports on a daily basis.
- Assist Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

- Manage spare parts inventory and backlog services for timely repairs.

Qualifications:

- Having POP & BMC certification is preferred.

Qualification:
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or a related major.

Qualification:

Operator Dump Truck

Job Description:
Melakukan pengoperasian unit yang dilamar dengan baik dan benar, memastikan P2H unit dilakukan, memastikan area kerja aman, dan memastikan target produksi yang diberikan tercapai.
Responsibility:
- Mengoperasikan Dump Truck merk Hino 500/700 untuk mengangkut material tambang seperti batu bara, tanah, atau mineral.
- Memastikan Dump Truck berfungsi dengan baik sebelum dan sesudah operasional (Daily Inspection).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk efisiensi kerja.
- Melaporkan kerusakan atau kebutuhan perawatan kendaraan kepada tim mekanik.
Qualification:
- Minimal lulusan SMA sederajat, diutamakan berdomisili Kalimantan Timur.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama.
- Berpengalaman mengoperasikan dump truck, terutama DT Hino 500/700.
- Memiliki SIM B2/B2 Umum aktif.
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan tim secara efektif untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional dan koordinasi antar operator alat berat.
