Sampoerna Graduate Trainee (GT) Program

The Sampoerna Graduate Trainee (GT) Program is a two-year development journey designed for graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute. Through cross-functional rotations (min. 2 different functions), hands-on projects, and mentorship from experienced leaders, you will strengthen your business acumen and create meaningful impact from day one.

During This Two-year Journey, You Will

  • Gain exposure through four meaningful assignments across multiple business areas over two years.
  • Work on real projects that challenge your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Learn through structured development programs, coaching, and continuous support.
  • Experience both consumer-facing and business roles across potential functions such as Marketing, Commercial, Operations, People & Culture, Finance, and External Affairs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any major
  • Minimum GPA:
  • Bachelor’s: 3.30
  • Master’s: 3.40
  • Maximum 2 years of work experience, excluding internship experience
  • Fresh graduates and those who will graduate before May 2026, are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Open-minded, resilient, and strong in problem-solving
  • A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Agile and willing to be placed in any region across Indonesia
